Exchange 2003 restore issues

Hi, I am trying to restore our Exchange 2003 information store onto new hardware but after running the inventory and Catalog. i proceed to run the restore and I get an "Unable to attach to drives" error.

This usually happens when authentication on the server fails, such as wrong password or username. I have had that happen many times during test restores and everytime a wrong password was the problem

It could also be that the new Exchange server is not setup exactly as the old one.
