No Media in Device Storage

Backup runs fine for Windows servers. However, will not run jobs for Novell 4.11 servers.

Error: 0xe00084e9 - No media in device storage / Device is not ready
Backup Exec log refers to V-79-57344-34025 for more additional information but link to page no longer exists.

Backup Exec 10 & other modules installed on Windows XP. Also, attached four USB Maxtor 300 GB removable drives.

Please Help. Thank you.

Hello,

Well, Novell Netware 4.11 is not compatible with Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows Servers. Only Versions above 5.1 is supported. Please refer to the Software Compatibility List for more Information.
