Exchange 2007 Restore Problem

I'm having problem with Exchange 2007 restore while file backup and restore working fine.

 

The error is

Error category    : Resource Errors
Error             : e000848c - Unable to attach to a resource.  Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

My config are as follows:

Backup Exec 11d for Windows Server on Windows 2003 Server (IP: 192.168.50.1)

Production Server - Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 Server (IP: 192.168.50.5)

Testing Restore server - Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 Server (IP:192.168.50.23)

 

I backup the Production Server database without any error. The error occured why I tried to restore the mailbox or storage to the Testing Server (192.168.50.23) with redirect redirection enabled in restore options. The Restore Storage Group are prepared and mounted, administrator is having it's own email account and password is verified before job is submitted.

 

The IP address is working fine and all host can ping and communicate to each other without any firewall enabled.

Additional Information in Log is that after the two PIDRestoreBSDProcessor message, There is an error complaining about Invalid Device and the details are as follows:
