Do you use LiveUpdate? If so, it IS possible that you downloaded an update that needs to be pushed out to your remote servers (asuming Exchange 2010 is on another server).
You can do this through a push install from the selection list you have. If any updates are available, these will be installed.
I also find that a recycle of the services, and a restart of the device itself sometimes helps.
