I have BE 12 which after a lot of problems is now backing up everything correctly. One of the servers being backed up is an exchange 2003 server. The GRT B2D goes through 100% OK every day. I have CPS installed on the BE media server and again , CPS is working OK protecting some file shares. When I submit the exchange job with the CPS options ticked, the job is created in CPS but shows with a status of 'never run'. BAckup exec immediately shows 'error with CPS job'. It will then sit like that forever. The full exchange backups go through fine, but there is never a mention of the recovery points at all. The job status just shows 'error with CPS job', and the CPS console shows the job but with no information about why it won't run.
