I have a parent domain a.com with two child domains b.a.com and c.a.com. I have one mail server that is part of a.com that contains mailboxes for users on both b.a.com and c.a.com. I would like to use the restore individual mailboxes from the information store option but I am having difficulties with this.
If I use an account from any of the 3 domains I can only restore the users mailboxs from the domain that the backup account uses. i.e if my backup account is in b.a.com I can restore all the mailboxes from b.a.com but not the other mailboxes.
The backup works correctly with no errors reported. If I select to backup the individual mailboxes I can backup and restore these mailboxes using accounts from any domain so I think the account permissions are correct.
How can I resolve this problem?
