My configuration is W2K3 SP2 Standard edition, Backup Exec 11d Rev 7170 B2T, and Library DELL PowerVault 136T
I did'nt manage to fix this trouble :0xe00084ca The data being read from the media is inconsistent.
I m running my jobs with new tapes, My dell Library has last updates installed, Backup exec is updated with sp1
I have followed step by step the documentation

When I check the statut of one media after a failed job, I can see there is a lot of "Hard read errors"
