Hi,
 
I saw that  Exchange2007 is supported with Backup Exec 11d but is the CCR cluster supported?

Yes, CCR is supported.  You can backup from the Active or Passive cluster node.
 
Also, LCR is supported.

Yes , Backup Exec 11D 7170 will support the Exchange 2007 CCR Cluster.
