Backing up data on changing hard disk drives

Hello everybody,

at the moment I test Backup Exec 11d in a trial version. Unfortunately I have problems configuring Backup exec in the way I want it to do.
My goal is to backup several servers each day on several hard disk drives. For every day of the week I use one hard disk.
Can anybody give me an explanation, how I have to configure Backup Exec from the very beginning? I mean, how must the device manager in backup exec be configured? And so on...I am absoluty clueless

I fyou have seven hard drives, one for each day, simply create a backup to disk folder on each drive named apprpriately (ie: Mon-B2D, Tues-B2D, etc)

Create one job for each day and schedule it to run on ONLY that day.  Select the appropriate B2D device for that day's job.

Do this for all seven days.

You should have seven jobs created in Job Monitor, each schedule to run on only one day of the week.  Each targets it's own B2D device which is on aseperate drive from the others.
