Exchange2k7GRT backup queued with backup exec 12.5

Hello friends,

As per subject line i have stuck in a critical situation.I have backup exec 12.5 with latest update and hotfixes installed on win2k3 sp2 32bit. All things looking good like account, Storage space, RAM, Utilization of CPU but after all thing well my job getting stuck since last one hour. Exchange machine and media server in same domain and handle with same account anybody here for help this troubleshooting.

Is this backup going to tape or disk? also do you see any alerts ? Also do you see this happening for first time or was this backup working fine till yesterday?

Any active alerts in the Alert tab in Backup Exec ?

Backup goes on NAS device as backup to disk. No found any type of alert in backup exec i have delete and recreate the b2d disk but still queued.i have recreate this job last week first create a daily deffrential log job this job working fine and second create a weekly full job still not run after recreation full backup job. Before that working fine.

...and you have ensured there is enough disk space availble on the NAS?

Yes Here 675 GB used only 15%. I have connect an USB drive and take backup backup running successfully.What is isssue on NAS anyone have knowledge.

What is the NAS model ? Is is supported under 12.5's compatibility ? If yes, try updating the firmware on the NAS & then re-create the B2D folder on the NAS

NAS is lacie d2network. When i take an file level or system state backup its working fine but still getting queued only exchange backup.

I dont recall this NAS model being listed in the HCL, but anyways, have you checked "Automatically  Display New  Alerts" under Tools - Options - Preferences  ?

This option already checked. This device working past one year successfully all the jobs running fine except to exchange full backup deffrential also working fine on same destination.
