FYI to anyone chaning BE credentials...

We had a simple goal of changing our Backup Exec credentials. You'd think modifying the System Logon Account and Backup Exec services would be enough but for whatever reason our jobs/selection lists retained incorrect credentials.

After several hours of troubleshooting this was solved by trashing all our policies/jobs/selection lists and recreating them.

You can add this to numerous other bugs in 11d that makes me regret upgrading from 10d.

I am glad to see someone else is having as much trouble as me with 11 D. I have done about 10 upgrades so far and had problems with all of them...

I'm giving 11d one more week, if i'm still having problems with it i'm going back to 10.1

I just wish some employees from symantec would take some of this forum back to the engineers to get these bugs out of the software.
