Failed to install Symantec Backup Exec 2010 Agent (help me!!!)

Hello! I have a Symantec Backup Exec 2010 install in to my Windows 2003 Server. I have started the agent installation using backup exec console, the remote server (windows 2008) procedure occurs normally, but in the end the screen is stopped. Hi,

Have you tried with installing the agent from client server with browsing the path of media server program files.

1. Login to 2003 remote agent server.
2. Browse the path of media server like \\ABC\C:\program files\symantec\....
3. Copy the backup exec agent RAWS86 or 64 folder (Check the agent server OS) 
4. Install the agent on remote server.

If you are getting error again check the event viewer for details and update the same on blog

I think your server version is 32 bit it is showing in logs above

Confirm the OS version.

Check the following
the group policy management and found that the policy : group policy object > terminal server > windows components and windows installer policy is disabled
If disabled enable it

SO: Windows 2003 Server - 32bits
Function: Symantec Backup Exec 2010 (server)
This server has DLTO Tape 400Gb
Status: OK

SO: Windows 2003 Server - 32bits
Function: Terminal Server
I normally install agent backup exec this server. 
Status: OK

SO: Windows 2008 Server
Function: Domain Controller/ DNS / DHCP. I need this server install agent backup exec
Status: bad install
