Failing backups

I'm backing up five remote Windows Server 2003 servers, and on three of them I'm getting the following error...

I can't find any solution to this.  Has anyone else been getting this error?  I'm running version 11d.

Hi Jking,

Go into the windows services make sure the Microsoft software Shadow Copy provider is not disable .  Ensure is set to manual , also Volume Shadow Copy service.
