Hi Chad,
First of all I will suggest you to get the latest revision of Backup Exec 11d and upgrade your server to this new version. The failed is on the Lotus notes dll, this DLL has been update in 11d revision 7170.
Make sure that you run Liveupdate after upgrade. Then re-push the remote agents.
To download the full 11d product you can either go to:

This requires the serial number that was provided when you purchased the product, which is not the same as your activation key that you enter during an installation.
