We have an BE 11.d (build 7170) installation, and this is what our BE master\media server randomly gives us this error in the event viewer \appl.
 
Faulting application beremote.exe, version 11.0.7170.0, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.42, fault address 0x00014e3c
 
 
We have BE 11d ver, 7170 with hotfixes 1,3,4,5 installed

Hi Shos,
 
For that I will request you to call Technical Support and open a case, since we will need to get dump and debug logs in order to determine the cause of the issue.
