Hi,

I've recently update a working 9.1 version of Backup Exec to 10d. Now I have a problem. When Backup Exec uses the tape drive it crashes. I get the following error in the event log:

Faulting application bengine.exe, version 10.1.5629.34, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, fault address 0x000327f9.

I also get an error on screen:

the instruction at "0x7c830011" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".

Then it asks me to click ok to terminate or cancel to debug.

I managed to run some backups but now this error happens every time. I can't use Backup Exec at the moment and we have vital data that need protecting. So any help given would be greatly appreciated,
