Favorite Resources not showing up

Hello,

I have had BE12 working for a few weeks now and for whatever reason all 4 of the servers I am backing up have disappeared from Favorite Resources and I cannot get them back?

The BE12 server is not a member of the domain and is in the DMZ for various reasons. I have ensured that no ports are being blocked.

The backups still work fine, but I cannot edit the selection lists or create new ones as I cannot find the servers in the favorite resources list.

Any help would be appreciated.

- have you tried adding the resources to the favourites list? - Also you can enable advertising from the servers in question by going to remote agent utility

I have tried to add them manually, but the never show up???

What port do the AWS use to publish to the media server in version 12???
