Ok, having another issue here with BE. Now lately when ive been trying to do file restores the BE server asks for the tape it wants initially and i insert the tape into the tape library we have and it takes it just fine. After 5 minutes in the tape library java applet it shows the tape being ejected and it does. But when you go look at BE it shows that the tape is still being used and it wont stop. Only way to get it to stop is to shut down the server. Trying to kill the Job engine service does nothing and hangs.
THe only way i can do file restores from tapes now is to host access the whole library and it then takes the first tape, ejects it and waits 30 minutes, then takes the second tape.
