Files into catalog folder

Hello,

I have a lot of files into my BE catalog folder and I haven't any idea whether all files are needed.

Into this folder there're U01 files (tape catalog files, I think), but also tmp files, FDD files and SM files.

Can I delete all files except U01 ones?
Are other files used by BE or not?

See http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/191281.htm for some files that you can safely delete from the \Catalogs directory


Delete everything you want to, then see http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/272886.htm to force the index to be rebuilt

Hello,

Response solved my issue and I marked thread as answered and I assigned points too.

I suposed this was enough to move automatically my thread to answered questions as on my profile I see this thread as resolved thread.

I'm sorry if I miss something to do, but I'm in forum for few days and I'm still learning the rules.
