First Storage Group not appearing

I am running Exchange 2000 on Win 2000 SP4. I'm running BackupExec 10d. About 3 weeks ago the First Storage group stopped appearing under Selections and even though it appears under Resource Credentials when I do a test of credentials it is the only one that comes up as not tested.
