Format problems with E-mailed text log files

When a backup job completes I have the job logged e-mailed to me in text format. Out of the 4 evening jobs that I run on job always sends a log file with the text formated like the example below. Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

As you have mentioned that only few of the job logs are e-mailed in text format then the document may not apply, but you may want to re-check the same.

Are the jobs for which the job logs are e-mailed in text format large in size in comparison to other jobs.

When I first made the change to recieve the logs as text files I did the steps outlined in the knowledge base article. I repeated those steps and it appears the problem has been corrected. I will continue to monitor this for the next few days.
