From Windows Server 2012 not install Backup Exec 2012 SP2

Backup Exec 2012 SP2 released , I am installing Backup Exec 2012 Server have a question,

Backup Exec 2012 SP2 can not be installed on Windows Server 2012 , installation CD in addition to the reasons for the SQL Server version is 2005,

Are there any other reasons, it is not installed on Windows Server 2012?

Windows Server 2012 is supported for a RAWS installation ONLY...Win2K12 can not currently have BE 2012 installed on it to act as a media server.

This will come in the next release.
