Full and Incremental backup to one .bkf file??

I was wondering if there is any way to have one .bkf file contain both the full and incremental file? This is actually very easy to do in the Windows Backup Utility.

I'm backing up to disk.

If there is a way, please let me know how.

Thank you!

I think you can do this-

Change the maximum size of the backup-to-disk file to something that will be big enough to hold both the full & incrementals. (Properties -> Configuration tab of the B2D folder)

Ensure the Full and the incremental backup jobs specify the same B2D folder and same media set.

Ensure both jobs are set to Append media.

Hello,

As long as you target to the same B2D folder it will keep appending (depending on the job configuration) to the .bkf till it fills the .bkf file. Then it will create a new .bkf file.
This depends on the size that you have specified for the .bkf.
