This is happening at 2 of my client sites. The server's root drive does not show a restore option for the full job (diff jobs show up). The Exchange, system state and shadow copies are showing both the full and diff jobs. The only similarity between the two servers that are experiencing this is that they are both Exchange 2007 servers with Shadow Copies enabled on the root drive.
