We're trying to restore a tape that contains information backed up in one of our providers. This will be take place frecuently, so the best solution was to use a script that could restore this information automatically. The problem is getting the job history guid in the new location. Of course the information was not backed up there, so there's no way to get the history guid of the backup job. Even if we use the guid of the job, as it was saved in the original location, it does not work.
There must be a way to do this, but don't know how. Any ideas?
