Getting access denied error when doing restore job

I'm trying to restore some files from a LTO tape from December.  I set up the job, I made sure my domain admin cred's were being used and that the password was current but as soon as I hit the submit button I get a "Access is denied - Security Errors" notice.  When I test the resource credentials I see the server and the drive that the files come from and will be put back on to.  I get a success notice for the server but for the drive I get "Successful - user server credentials".  I've tried making a new account made sure it was a member of the backup group and DA's, but still the error comes up.  Anyone have any ideas?

What sort of data is being restored from tape ? Is it any exchange data etc ? And are you receiving the error on a direct or a re-directed restore ?

Also, is the remote agent service running under a local system account...

And have you confirmed the BE account meets all permissions/rights per http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH136148

Three excel files, and the software is install on the server that the data is stored on (local drives) the LTO drive is local to the server as well.  The permissions all seem to be correct from what I can tell.  I've done restores on this server before but this is the first time I've ran into this issue.

For restoring without permissions -

In the restore job properties navigate to the  General tab under Settings and place a check next to "restore all information except security for files and directories"

Have you confirmed from services.msc as to what account is the remote agent using ?

Just a quick Q...Is there a system logon account configured under Network - Logon accounts (from the BE console)...

Yes there is one for the backup services for our domain and there there is one for my domain account and one for another guy in our IT department.  They are all domain admin accounts
