HELP - Server reboots after backup job

I'm having some trouble with my server.
I have two backups scheduled per day (MAIL and FILE)

I got the FILE job working (had to disable OFO), however at some point during the MAIL job, the computer will reboot.
Now I've never actually seen this, but I do see that the server reboots.

The event log says that the backup exec server failed to start
then I get subsequent messages that the backup exec job engine depends on the server service and failed...etc.

We're running windows SBS 2003 and our information store is approching the limit of 13 or 16GB

The new exchange 2003 SP2 allows you to increase the maximum information store, however this option will not be available to SBS users until later.

HELP. Anyone else experence this?

Try taking the backup using the Ntbackup to isolate the cause of the issue.
