Having a access denied problem with my Backup Exec ver 12

Need help i 'm unable to restore my mailbox from my tape drive

i keep getting Access denied error message

Restore- \\mail\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to directory Mailbox Store (MAIL)Administrator [Admin]Top of Information StoreInbox.
