Having problems reinstalling Backup Exec

Good morning.
I had a server crash on me which ran BE 10.x.  During the recovery, another instance of Windows was installed (windows 2003 server std.)
Every time I try to reinstall Veritas it looks like it's just about to finish successfully but all of a sudden, it starts a roll back and fails.
I need some help please.
Any advice?
The LOG file is huge.

Take a look on the How to manually uninstall Backup Exec for Windows Servers (BEWS) 11d and above document.   Then try again to reinstall the Backup Exec.

ARG.  Besides rebooting the server (which is tough to do during the day) I followed the instructions and the reinstall failed again.
