Help! How to restore Excnage Information store to another Server?

Our current Exchange Server is corrupted. I try to restore Exchange Information store into another server but fail with the error message:a000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.
Can some one tell me how to redirect this restoratin file to the new server?

We also buy two licenses of Backup Exec for Exchange but it comes with same license number. How to install the second Exchange with the same license number?
