Help with migrating data off one server to another

Hi,

Here is our current situation.

Server one runs backup exec 2010 R3 with all the latest updates and has all the data, history, jobs, etc.  We need to move all the history and other data files to a new backup exec server which also runs 2010 R3 with all the latest updates.  2 things with this.

1. Server 1 runs on SQL express 2005

2. Server 2 runs on full SQL 64-bit

What steps are needed to move SQL data from server 1 to server 2?
