How do I request media for the 10d upgrade

I followed web site instructions to request physical media for version 10d, but all I got was an email response with a link to the download.

What sort of a media are you looking for? Are you referring to a tape device or a library that will keep the backups? Are you referring to the 10d software upgrade?
