How does IDR restore files that were skipped during backup?

I am preparing to test Intelligent Disaster Recovery.  The backup job always skips every file named "ntuser.dat", "ntuser.dat.log", "usrclass.dat", and "usrclass.dat.log", because it is unable to open them.  After I delete all files on the disks to simulate a hard disk crash, how will IDR be able to restore these files that were skipped during backup?

Think about what you just said..if the file are skipped they are not on your media so how do you expect them to get restored?
