How to move jobs from a server to a new one

Is there any way to move jobs from a running server to a fresh new be server?

I tried to restore bedb database, but it didnt work :(

I have BEDB in a SQL2000 instance instead MSDE....

The environment is pretty simple... one domain (ad win2003), one win2003 server with backup exec 9.1 & sql2000.
We need to move that backup exec to another server, member of the same domain, with is own sql2000.

We was able to move bedb database and make some simple changes at a couple of tables, but sure that is not the best way :)

Please note that we do not recommend moving the database in this manner. Also it is not recommended to make any changes in the tables.
