Job status stucks

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing problems with 2 of my servers.

These are new Dell machines, one is running SBS2003, 2nd Win Server 2003 standard.
SBS2003 has got Veritas BE SB edition installed, 2nd one has got Veritas BE for Windows servers.
I've set up scheduled jobs on both of the servers. The problem is that once the jobs are finished I have to manually respond on each of the alerts - one says to remove the media, second says that the job has been finished...
It's not gonna stop the job until I respond. The status still shows RUNNING, it can run in definitely.

Is there a solution for this ? I run some other servers with Veritas 9.1 and they haven't got this problem, it affects only 2 new servers with version 10 installed.

Any help needed.

That resolved problem with the one running BE for Windows servers.
