I reported some issues (bugs) I have in this forum, but until now I didn't get any replies.
I searched the Symantec web-site, and if you don't have a support-contract, you are pointed to these forums to report bugs.
Well, it seems that bug-reports from people without support-contract are ignored, although they paid the same money for their product.
