How to restore files to local CMS?

I've setup Continuous Management Server on an offsite hosted server connected over a VPN to backup key data. I'd like to restore this data to the offsite disaster server running Backup Exec CMS. Unfortunately in my test environment when I select a restore I don't have the option under 'Restore To' drop down to change to the Continuous Management Server. Does CPS not allow this function? If not is my only option in the event of an entire live environment disaster to purchase new equipment, install the CPS agent, and then restore to that newly setup server?

I figured a virtual environment could be setup on this offsite server to restore data to if it can't be done to the Continuous Management Server. I'm still curious if Backup Exec supports this and would like to pursue a restore to CMS if possible.
