I have a Quantum Superloader, with contains 16 tapes. Veritas Backup Exec is working right, but when I try to unload a tape fra the superloader, I get the message: "Check Backup Switch Configuration".
Do a right-mousebutton-click at the slot, select "export media". When Veritas tells you to take the tape out of the library use the buttons at the library itself to export the tape. At this time the library is unlocked.
