can anyone help me, having any ideas on how to install updates (Service Packs and hotfixes) on Backup Exec 11d Cluster without LiveUpdate? the server does not have access to internet, that is why it cannot be done by liveupdate.
i downloaded and tried to install Service Pack 2, and it's latest hotfix on the first node of the cluster (the active one), but i get a message that says that the application is not found on that server... tried also installing service pack 1 but got the same message...
any tips?
