Hyper-V VM's hosted into SAN storage didn't appear on backup

Current situation:

- Hyper-V cluster named X with SAN storage

- cluster is formed by 2 servers: X1 and X2

- server X1 and X2 have Windows 2012 R2 Standard as OS

- 10 VM's on SAN

- 6 VM's on local HDD of X1 or X2

- Symantec Backup Exec 2012 is installed into another server from our AD. That server run Windows 2008 R2 Standard as OS

- backup agent is installed into: X1 server, X2 server, all 16 VM's (10 having virtual HDD on SAN, 6 having virtual HDD hosted locally on X1 or X2)

Problem:

- when I try to backup VM's I see only 6 VM's (all the VM's having virtual HDD hosted locally on X1 or X2) and the rest of VM's didn't appear on backup properties screen.

What is wrong or what I setup wrong ??

The Backup Exec 2012 SCL does not list Windows 2012R2 Hyper-V as supported. I would recommend to upgrade BE to 2014 first.
