I cannot see sub folder inside file system that was located on NAS (using NDMP feature)

We have just implemented file-sharing on NAS (EMC Cellera file server), we created one file system which contain many folders. We try to split the backup job into two job for reducing time to backup but we haven't see any folder in side /root_vdm_8/File-System2/ as follow figure below. It forced me to backup whole folder in one job. Do you know how to unhide file inside the folder? Or this is the way that system act we cannot do anything.

I do not know about backup exec, w/ Netbackup and Solaris We need to set the "cross mount point" or the file system won't come to the backup.
