I don't see the mailboxs (Exchange 2010)

Hi,

Sorry for my bad english :

I don't see the mailboxs in backup selections. Authorisation is OK everywhere.

When I run the backup, I have this error :

"V-79-57344-65247 - A failure occurred reading an object" and "...databse is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify."

I don't have McAfee or other antivirus installed on this server.

The server is Windows Server 2008 r2 Standard SP1 with Exchange 2010 SP2 and Backup Exec 2012 with all updates.

I have Agent for Applications and Databases.

Thanks

Do you have the Exchange 2010 management tools installed on your Backup Exec media server ?

Does the BE service account has an unique (not hidden) mailbox ?

...try creating a new BESA account in your domain, giving it the necessary rights to Exchange. Once done, use BEutility.exe to change the service account details to this new account.

Then try again...

...if you're using AOFO, turn it off.

Are you able to check the Information Store and make sure it is stable?
