I just inhereited backups & need advice about the upgrade.

We're currently on 10d and I've been asked to upgrade us to 12.5.  All licensing has been purchased and I've been asked to have the upgrade done this week.  My question is, can I backup all the settings currently so that if there is a problem, I don't have to recreate all the jobs?

Hi

You can download and installed BE 11d and it will automatically move your old settings to new server . Then you can download 12.5 and run installation , which will move the database from 11 to 12.5

As you cannot directly upgrade from 10d to 12.5 .  Either go from 10d -->>11d-->> 12.5  or 10d--->>>12.0-->>12.5
