Hi all,
I'm having a problem while trying to backup my exchange 2003 servers, The problem is that when i try to navigate through the selections list to choose the First Storage Group, Public folders, and mailboxes ;I could only see The normal Drives (like C:, d:, etc...).
Please note that I was using the BAckup exec 9.1 on both the backup sserver and the exchange and it was working fine. Then I used a different backup server with backup exec 10(d) without upgrading the remote agents on the exchange server and it was still fine.
When I upgraded the remote agent on the exchange I started to get the above mentioned problem, and even when I reverted to the remote agent 9.1 I still have the same problem.
Please How can I get the Information store, Public folders, and mailboxes in the selection list?
