Hello all.
When trying to install any service pack or hot fix on my Backup Exec 10.1 ver. 5629 SP3 server I get the following strange error message and installation is aborted:
"The procedure entry point lm_init could not be located in dynamic link library libcomn.dll."
As far as I can tell libcomn.dll has to do with the Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise PC Client that is also installed on the server. An attempt to temporarily unregister libcomn.dll resulted in the error message:
"libcomn.dll was loaded but the dlluninstallserver entry point was not found"
Any ideas? I have thought of unistalling the SAS Client, but I am not allowed to.
