IDR Preparation Wizard not seeing Windows 2008 on CD or ISO file

I am going through the IDR Preparation Wizard, and when attempting to select the path for the Windows 2008 files, I receive the message "Operating system type was not determined from "<path I entered>\I386\TXTSETUP.SIF".  System Error Msg:  The system cannot find the path specified."  There is no I386 folder or txtsetup.sif file in Windows 2008 folders or the DVD.  I have pointed to several Windows folders, the Win 2008 installation DVD, and an *.ISO image of the installation DVD.  This is version 12.0 of Backup Exec.  Any suggestions?

The only issues I could find relating to this are dealing with versions of Windows that are not English, nothing about Windows 2008 though. Is your Windows language English?

Yes, this is the English version.

I've just discovered this too on a new HR system of servers.  Is there a solution or workaround?  I've created both scenarios described here, but have not had success creating the IDR boot image for W2k8 x64.
