IDR issues.

Having a few issues with the IDR option.

The original server was/is running scsi on two seperate channels. Channel 0 is the O/S and is 15 gig in size. Channel 1 is the data drive and is 70gig in size. I'm trying to recover to a server that has one 200 gig IDE drive. IDR runs thru however, I'm encountering various issues during the restore. I've found that if I use the GUI disk manager to setup my 70 gig partition. DM returns "the operation did not complete because the partition/volume is not enabled. Please reboot to enable the Partition/Volume. However, if I reboot the system doesn't return to the Disk Manager it continues with the restore process. I got around this be creating the partition during the DOS part of the windows setup. The GUI manager will then allow me to format and letter my drives properly. However, then I encounter a problem in that when the system reboots and when I try to restore remotely the C(o/s) drive letter is correct but the other drive letters aren't! It is like the Disk Manager isn't saving the info. When the restore job is done the system I'm restoring claims that I haven't completed any restore sets do I want to continue. I just restored! The data does restore just a nitpicky error. The big problem is disk manager. I'm am doing an IDR manual type restore. basically not using the *.DR files.
