Direct Assist just ate my original submission THREE TIMES, so this will be short and sweet - if I leave anything out, sorry.
=========================================
BackupExec Backup server: BACKUP1 - running Windows Server Standard 2003 SP1.
Remote Server: ISS-CRM - running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, SP1.
The IDR Wizard successfully creates IDR .iso images for several servers in our organization. On the ISS-CRM server, though, it always fails, complaining it can't get file info for asr.sif. The problem is described perfectly in your KB article here:
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/278798.htm
However, the solution doesn't fit at all. The machine has *NEVER* had Windows NT 4.0 installed. The Backup server never had Windows NT 4.0 installed. Until this morning I'd never heard of FTONLINE.EXE, and the file doesn't exist on the remote server.
What must I do to get the IDR Wizard to successfully create the IDR .iso image for the ISS-CRM server?
Thanks,
Steve
