I have an HP Ultrium448 (LTO2) drive, installed on W2k with Exchange. I have just installed SP1 for BackupExec 10 and now my device reports:
0xe000821e - Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library. Final error category: Backup Media Errors
I have looked under Media Types in the drive properties and all I see is "*** No No.
My other BE Server with the same drive lists mutilple compatible media types.
Any ideas?
