Information Store corrupt file?

We just received the following error message on our most recent backup:

Error, Unable to open \ because it is currently being backed up by another process.
WARNING: "\\HOMER\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (HOMER)" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Error, Unable to open \ because it is currently being backed up by another process.
WARNING: "\\HOMER\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\Public Folder Store (HOMER)" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Log Files
Error, Unable to open \ because it is currently being backed up by another process.
WARNING: "\\HOMER\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\Log files" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

We have made no recent changes to our server. We are running Backup Exec for Windows Servers 9.0 on a SBS 2000 machine. Thanks for any help.

Hello,

If NT Backup is scheduled to backup an Exchange Information Store at the same time Backup Exec does, Backup Exec may not successfully backup all the data via the Exchange Agent, and a corrupt file exception will show in the job log.


This error can also occur if you are backing up using exchange agent as well asusing shadow copy components.
